A high intensity interval training class including bag work on our 100 pound bags. Utilizes jabs, cross, hooks, and upper cut combinations for an entire body burn.

Sweat Sesh

A sweat soaked circuit style class with HIIT cardio, resistance training using weights, bands, and body weight, as well as plyometrics, and core.

Yoga

A slower paced yoga class that combines Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Expect Sun Salutations, standing flows, core work, and balance followed by restorative floor poses that are held between 1-5 min.
